Duke, The pink timber (H1.2) is not for use below ground level or in wet environments, especially where salt water is involved (Salt water is very good at rotting/rusting our stands ). Next time use a grade H4 in ground and H3 above ground (for external use). I can see you have already concreted so the best option would be to give the timber a very good coating of external acrylic paint, even then I would be bit concerned for the long term use.

Nice skimmer TM, Just a few quick questions. In the main body of your skimmer does the flow spiral towards the top for longer contact time? Also is your sedra pump 110v model and if so how you running it?

If you have multiply appliances running of the transformer and one appliance is turned of, will it cause any problems to the other appliances plugged in?

Does any body no where to obtain reliable Step-down Transformer to run American Products (pumps, lights, etc). I found one rated for 500watts at Ideal Electrical for $283, but don’t now how long it would last being run continuously. Are there cheaper/reliable transformers out there?
