Hi. What do you want to make the Spirulina culture for? If you want to make GREEN WATER it's quite simple. I use Spirulina powder from Health 2000 stores. I put a teaspoon in 5 litres of water , stir and the aerate it.

These fish are now 5 months old and seem to be growing reasonably well . They are being fed algae wafers and Repashy Solient Green.
