i making putting dalton aquatic mix as base and then dalton propogation sand on top. haha...this way....the brown colour of aquatic will be at the bottom layer. then i push plants root right up to the aquatic mix base. plants will feed off that. plus with propogation sand my hair roots really started to spread out ....unlike the one with the odinary fish gravel.

i have this algae too 2 weeks ago when i set up my 100L. it was mainly on my indian stargrass and ambulia. then thread algae started developing like crazy on my swords and hairgrass. i empty the tank to about a quarter of water. and double dose with flourish excel everyday. now it is all green and algae free! flourish excel would work..you just gotta have patience....

yes...i am thinking of taking monday off as its public holiday on tuesday. plus im thinking we all will be worn out and tired after trying to catch those buggers. so whos going so far? do we have a list of people? lets make a list of people now...haha... :lol:

are you dosing flourish and flourish excell regularly?

i am confused between flourish excel and the normal flourish. which one should be get just for regular dosing? i thought excel is a carbonate supplement if used in conjunction with Co2 injection is useful for getting rid of algae problem. NOrmal flourish is actually what we need to feed the plants?

LOl....i will lose my patience and crush the fry straight away or siphon them straight into the drain. never attempt to save any frys in a lose tank...lol

by the looks of this, i am sure you guys will be able to catch quite a few mollies with this number of people going. make sure you guys took some pics while there. most importantly the mollies that you guys caught. i dont want any mollies, but all this hype and discussions, makes me wanna go as well... :oops:
