Where are you situated/where did you obtain it, thats probably a pretty good start! Looks rather long and cylindrical for a banded/giant but its hard to tell

Yeah, its been really warm the last few days and its not even properly summer yet, including in my room. Will need to re-assess what i want to do i think. Thanks for the advice guys! (On a side note found some awesome Koaro and Torries last night near Kaikoura... all 150mm +!)

Hi all, I'm new to the forum and am considering keeping Red-finned bullies or maybe uplands as i know a spot to get uplands where they are in a lake with 1000's of them easily accessed but before i do this i want to make sure i am in a position to look after them properly. Would a chiller be needed/necessary in Christchurch? My room is in a relatively shaded spot, with dappled light through a tree only occurring during the morning hours. Have a good breeze usually with windows + Door open and can be in a spot out of direct sunlight. Thanks for the advice!
