  1. I would hold the dragon flat and lift up his tail from behind, I could never tell from this angle. Straight away looks like a male to me, apart from the red belly they have a bigger head, white around the beard. Females are usually quite bland compared to the males. Get a photo of the dragon itself :cofn:
  2. You would think so, but no have not found any long lengths just fixed lengths 1200mm 1500mm and so on,
  3. plastic glass tracks/runners for 6mm glass Does anyone know if I can purchase these in long lengths, say 3 metres? and where from? Auckland area.
  4. I would not use a heat pad, I would be more worried about overheating! Use courier post overnight, I think they pick up the package around 5pm (you would have to check) and aim to deliver to a business the next morning. lots of holes in box for air and if the box inside a box then put holes in that too!
  5. Am going to move a couple of water dragons inside until I set up their new outdoor enclosure. I thought I would get them nice and warm and fed while they are inside, and am feeling a little sorry for them about the weather. I have set them up a water tub which is around 80 litres. My question is what would be the best filtration for the water to collect all the crap, would a external canister filter do the job? there's a aqua one cf1000 at Hollywood for $130 or cf1200 for $140. Is that over kill or do you think a internal filter would be better? water dragons leave all their mess in the water so mabey domeone with turtles could give me advice as well?
  6. I have one bearded dragon that will be bright banana yellow one day, almost black on other days and also grey ( i have taken photos the contrast is amazing ) double check temp under basking bulb, even put your hand on rock and see how hot it is. And remember wether your dragon is inside or outside they will need shelter from the sun or a cool place in the tank.
