he seems in pretty good condition, very active and i don't really know about what he eats as he hides allot and doesn't come out all the time when I feed but he was munching on some mosquito larvae that I found like there's no tomorrow earlier
the water is at 7 ph and 0 ppm ammonia, nitrate and nitrite and KH is at 7
I went to organisms today and got my second batch of fish plus one huge dwarf sag plant. 7 corydoras panda, one female red long fin bristlenose and one male laetacara curviceps.
the hairgrass that going of to SamH on monday
and a plant which i really don't like but don't know what to do with
i just checked their stock list again and and they had both on the 4th of october but its 24 days past that now and i was told they sell really fast so......
well i heard that the attitude of pelvicachromis is pretty similar with all species
the male is really colorful unlike what it was when I saw it in person(I went to redwoods a week after they got them on display)
ether agassizii or trifasciata.
schooling fish wise I dont really like rasboras or barbs, I think tetras have much nicer shaped bodies and are more intresting.
so I still have quiet allot of choice between neon, ember, reed or red phantom tetras
Jennifer: i have had a look at them and will decide what to get in three weeks(im getting my apisto and corys next Saturday)
update: i have brought a dehumidifier to deal with the evaporation that the non-existing lid can't catch
my otocinclus are doing fine and my plant are still growing well.
the trimmings that I replanted are getting established growing roots and my baby crypts that I found are growing well too.
my Orisis sword has sent the second leaf up
and my terrestrial plants are all growing well
Jennifer:
yes she likes it alot and is very proud
reef tetras???
i googled it and nothing came up
I've been thinking about simple neons just because their cheap and petworlds one have really nice colour
henward:
with 70cms of height you could go riparium or use something like the thread david r posted(http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forum ... te!-POTHOS)
or take some thin tall plastic containers and fill them with soil and silicone them to the back pane and then plant
now all i have left to buy is 6-8 panda corys, 1 male of ether Apistogramma trifasciata or agassizi, and ether 10 emperor tetra or 20 red phantom tetras
I'll decide on which apistos depending on what organisms can get but I am unsure which tetras to get.
