The video, as it is logical, is a bit saturated. They are a little lighter in color, but it depends on the individual - some of them are really colorful.

I also want to know! I really love shrimp and I am missing them heaps since moved to NZ! Where did you find them?

Seachem, both Nitrogen and Micros. Using also Excel to control algae (the best liquid ever).

There's glossostigma elatinoides (aka glosso) in NZ - one of the best and most common foreground plants in aquascaping
