  1. I too seen it yesterday when i was over there, aparently its going to be better than the current one they have which will be good
  2. Cool will give this a go, cheers for the input, do you think having just cories in with them be a problem?
  3. Hi everyone, I have a pair of Rio Ucayali they are fully grown and in a tank together the male has his own pot that is cut in half and has always been in it since it was added to the tank, i was hoping they would breed does anyone have any pointers on how i could get these to breed, thanks
  4. Oh yeah sounds good if you do go with HOB ive got a spare one sitting in the cuboard that came with my aqua one which i probably wont need anymore, if you do go with HOB let me know
  5. Sounds good, What about filteration?, HOB?
  6. Yeah was looking good last time, What you planning on stocking in this one?
  7. Yeah and hes resonably cheap, yeah i bought that auction for $8, and the rest were $10 each which is pretty good compared to LFS prices, was that tank for 85 at the paraparaumu store?
  8. Yeah 85 seems a bit steep, Maybe try computerman5 ???, hes making tanks, I can ask him if you like going over tommorrow night to pick up sterbai's, or ask him on his auction?
  9. Maybe get one made, with only being about 30 litres, will only cost you $30 for a brand new tank :dunno:
  10. Ok thought it may have been ph, so will be fine when adjust to ph then??
  11. Yeah that was my first guess also, havnt been flashing, but have only just been added to the tank so could just be adjusting to the water??
  12. Hi, Does anyone know why my corydoras have red gills?, have tested ammonia which is zero and dont know what else would cause this, the tank is a aqua one aqua start 500 about 80L, and is running a cf1000 filter. Does anyone know why they have red gills? Thanks
  13. Yes look like the pic you posted sophia, They seem to be venezuelan pygmys
  14. Today i purchased some salt and pepper catfish (rio salinas), i have not seen these around before and was wondering how common these are? Thanks
