hmmm look good, I might have to start setting up the spare tank with hope of getting a couple of breeding harems/pairs going.

Thanks Owen. Would having a breeding trap to put in the main tank with the eggs rolled onto the side keep them contained? I'm thinking not at such an early age.

Yes I might try that. Although I haven't set up another small tank or for that matter have another small tank available?!

Well what do you know, I put in 5 bronze cory's and 6 neon tetras to cycle my new tank and the cory's spawn. I arrive home and find a lot of eggs on the glass side panel in the current of the outflow from the filter. I think some are fertilised as they have different colours in the egg.

Hey, is it true Oak leaves (as in the ones that fall off the trees) can lower PH e.g. for Apistogrammas?

Hey how's it all going? I'm starting to keep fish again. I had a few goes when I was a teenager but not successful or really the sense and time!? I have a small tank with neons and young bronze corys. Have just bought 2 2nd hand tanks both 900 by 450 by 400. Have started to set up one with the intention to keep and breed Dwarf Cichlids. Any pointers with stock numbers etc? Thanks
