Hi...i was wanting to sell my 2 blue tongued lizards but i got told that it is not possible as i live in Auckland.. Before i puchased my Blueys ,1year ago,i rang up MAF and asked them if i can purchase them and bring them into Auckland.. they said that they never heard of a law about not being able to bring blue tongues into Auckland.. SO what do i do ?? if i want to sell them ??

wow ! been a long time since an update.. i got a new Aqua One AF-80l protein skimmer...rated for 120l tanks i got a 150w metal halide and still have the 3ft t8s on it aswell i got 3 green chromis...a few GSP and one small green hairy mushroom coral.. pictures will come in about 10mins :happy2:

i am pretty sure he wants to see it setup so he knows the living conditions that they need are provided...i had to have all the bits and bobs there when he inspected my enclosure...

there is one hole which the tube is in if that is what you mean...my tank is only 1 ft tall so it is not the sound of the fall that i am hearing..

yep..its water going down the pipe thats making that sound as far as i know, so do i just chuck an airline tube in the hose so air can get through it?

ok...will do tonight, it is one of the ones with a glass sheet about 2/3rds uo the tank..the water flows over the sheet,through the tube into the sump...it is in the corner...i think they are called a corner overflow or something?

on my marine tank i have an overflow which is connected to a hose which leads to the sump.. if i turn the power of the pump up on the one that leads to the tank it makes a gurgling sound..so i have to have it on a low l/hr... how do i stop the gurgling sound ?? thanks Matthew

i had some cichlids in a 180l tank, i personally like african cichlids as they look close to marine fish even though they are not :slfg: i even trickedsom of my friends that my electric yellows were marine fish and they believed me :sml1:
