Eggs werent fertile tried another pair two nights ago they had eggs but havent hatched yet either although i can see a few in their bubbles with their tails out but no movement.If they were infertile wouldnt the male eat them at least this plakat male is paying attention to the nest he is a good daddy had a spawn from him last month Give it another day and see what happens hope they hatch soon

Need some information please two days ago my pair spawned the eggs havent hatched yet they are still in the bubble nestmy last spawn hatched in 24 hours . Also the male isnt paying any attention to them he has blown a great nest and the eegs arent falling hope they are not infertile

i let the mix cool to room temperature before adding yeast and culture have it on top of tank hope i get microworms soon

yes got him from jonathan as well as some females hms will be breeding him later he has a mixture of colours in him yellow blue

My culture is quite moist i have just moved it to sit on top of tank had it on fridge all week. my set up used 1 cup of rolled oats then heated it until firm then spread rolled oats evenly then a sprinkle of yeast 1 teaspoon the let culture cool then put the culture on top of the mixture then got the lid and put some hole in it been a week now still no worms climbing up sides

what is the best way to get microworms out and feed to fry i dont want to get any of the yeast or oats into tank. was told to use finger to remove microworms just would like to get best advice thankyou

lol must be 10 litres then all i know is its a small tank

My tank is 10 gallons think its perfect for breeding bettas but wouldve prefered a bigger tank . I also have a 40 litre tank which i will be using when the bettas are old enough to shift i can see i will be buying another few tanks

sorry it was an estimate just meassured the water level its 18 tank about three quarters full

when should i start the water changes and how much water should i take out the water level is about 5 cm

the filter has been of since i started the breeding tank and its a foam filter just want to know when i need to turn it

Sorry to be a nusiance eveyone knows i have just had my first spawn when would you suggest i turn on their filter daddy very busy will get some liquid fry tom have microworms will feed them in a few days once they hatched
