Thinking of starting up the other two tanks again. So the Question here is do I need to Cycle the filter again.? It's been sitting in the tank while it's been empty. Also Since I now have more Confidence (SP) with fish What should I get next.? 8)

Males are smaller and more colorful. The females also lay eggs and when the eggs hatch they stick to the tank sides and then become free Swimmers.

I am a firm believer that once a dog as had the taste of blood that it's stuffed, Next time it could be a friends child face ripped off or worse ya own face, :roll: I am a cat lover so if a dog got hold of my cat then god help the dog I would personally deal with it right then and there , :evil: If my cats went a dog and did them any harm then yes I would pay the vet bill and deal with the cat the same way I would a dog :evil:

No babies at all. Picked up the wood and All that was under there was some more babies and a dead BN, The other one look's fine and didn't go near me at all this time.

Not that I can see. Might left the wood up and have a look, I didn't even think of that.

I didn't think BN would go people so I was a lil shocked. The swordtail wasn't the problem the BN was. They just go what ever you put into the tank. And no they are not breeding or anything like that.

Ended up doing that Got most of the babies out so the rest will be food I guess.

Yeah I got a breeding trap I can put him in. Would still like to get the babies out and into the bare bottom tank tho.

But the catfish keeps trying to have a go at me So if I just ignore the catfish and keep getting the babies out Would any damage be done to the catfish.? I was told that my skin could burn them but is this true.? My arms got a nice mark all the way done it coz I got a shock and tried to get my arm out fast and scraped it on the lid. lmao

This year the family is all split and doing their own thing. So will be the first year I will be doing Xmas by myself and will be just us with the parents coming at tea. Mmmmmmm....... I don't get anything usually at Xmas but I know what the kids want so this year Xmas shopping will be easy

I use the spray and it's been fine My fish tank does have a lid tho. I use the air wick container as it sprays every 36 Min's instead of 13 Min's Like the Mortein container does. I got 3 kids and one has asthma but I have never had a problem with the Mortein spray I also keep mine across the room away from the fish tank

Right well that lead to a two hour phone call about cats and breeding :lol: First off she is not a Registered breeder. (I honestly thought she was) The male she sold is 4 months old now so she is not sure if he can have kittens yet. The other males she sold where tortoiseshell colours but the Gene pool was not 100 percent (Not to sure what she meant by that). ? She mates her female light tabby with her black male stud cat. Sometimes she gets the odd kitten that comes out a tortie abyssioias (sp) Other then that she gets tortoiseshell females and maybe once in every 4 liters she will get a male, Only once did she get the big liter of the males. I believe if you are not a Registered breeder and your lines are not 100 percent sure then they are Mutts. And yes I told her that. :lol:
