. . Now i see why more than 1 person has told me that posting on here is a waste of time. if you dont give the answer they want to hear , you get shot down , and get angry remarks. I thought they were exagerating , but now i see that they were right.

I just sold a brand new hova bator today!!!!!!. Incubators nz in helensville. I think they might be on TM as well. Around $300 new. These are what most people use for there dragons. You might get told by some people how to make one , but if it stuffs up , bye bye eggs. You will easily get your money back from your first succesfull hatching.

If you want birds , go to a specialist bird shop ie The BIRD BARN , for fish HOLLYWOOD FISH FARM. Last time i was in hollywoods they had newts , i think they were $50 (dont quote me). All shops have rent,wages ,high over heads , have to keep good stock numbers (well should do) , and they are there to make a profit , or they wouldnt be there. Animals like newts for example , are not always available, so if you decide you want to get some , you either buy what is available at the time for the set price , or you wait , and possible miss out or pay more depending on what is going to be available. you might wait and pay less , who knows. Myself i aint a good waiter , if i want it i generally will shop around , but will usually get it within a couple of days. Spending money on gas picking up trade me stuff from all over auckland , i have often paid too much for numerous things(general items not just fish.guinea pigs,mice(beardie food) ect. My advice is if the newts (or any animal) look healthy and are eating well , is more important than price. Cheap stock that dies is false economy .
