  1. on that note... how often would be suffient for feeding?
  2. theyre just sitting at the top of the tank and theyre guppies
  3. My husband fed the fish, and then i did and neither of us realised that the other had done it, and now we have 6 fish looking very very very stuffed... Is there anything we can do to stop them from dying??
  4. Caryl - Arent you the one that successfully kills guppies??
  5. I was reading through the threads a little earlier and saw that someone kept Guppies in a cold water tank. Do guppies not need heaters? or is this only if the room is kept very warm Thanks
  6. Hi, Just wondering if aquariums need a backing to them or is it just to make them look pretty? My assumption is that the fish will be fine without a backing, but i better ask anyway Thanks
  7. Thank you very much for your help.
  8. Hi, I have recently become very interested in guppies, and have decided to try my hand at breeding. I am going by trial and error at the moment (and seem to be doing alot of trying but getting mainly errors!). I would appreciate any advice and information, as i am still very new to the fish scene. Thank you to all of the lovely people i have exchanged messages with so far... i am very glad my husband found this site.
  9. Hi, I have a guppy that im pretty sure is female. The problem is, i was also told that their gravita (?) spot goes black right before they give birth. The spot is black and has been for about 2 weeks now, but she isnt fat at all and im not aware of her having any babies. Could someone please explain this. Im starting to get a bit worried that i just have an unexciting male. Thanks
