Lionfish - Hospital for 10 days - entire arm went blue / black.
Snakebite - python - painful but that was about it.
Dog bites - rabid do attacked me - about 50+ puncture wounds on my arms. That was probably the most painful. Still went back the next day to tell the dog I forgive him, and came back with another 10 puncture wounds. Tsk Tsk.

Aquaworld also has many false moorish idols for sale too. Worth checking out.

That looks fantastic! What will you stock the tank with?
-
-
Add some brochis in there. No need for something to detract from the scape. More cardinals would complete the look.
But you're like me - in a while you'll get restless and change things up because living with the tank everyday is very different to looking at a picture of it once in a while over the internet.
-
I'd plant it if I lived up there

Some gouramis can't stand to be kept in pairs.

That's a cool red bottle!

Can't see the image

I'm loving these write ups Mark.

They look completely different as babies. It's all in the face.

Those lunar wrasses are native?!!
Don't people keep them in tropical tanks? And aren't they aggressive?
-
I had a stunning breeding pair i sold quite a few years ago and have seen nothing of them unfortunately
Should have kept them, some of the best cichlids iv bred.
Looks like you crossed an acara with a convict :sml1: :nfs:

Dude! When did you move?
You'll want some moss too won't you?
People don't seem to be growing much congo fern these days, so maybe get some of that too.

There are a couple of different colour morphs on the L010a
I bred the lancelotas (real lancelota) not what phil was selling as blacks or whatever, but the fry were almost impossible to keep alive.
I also had all the varieties he sold and a couple of others.
The 'whites' came in from brooklands IIRC and were different to what were being sold by Phil.
Have a search through my posts for pics on what were available at the time. That might help you out a bit.
The lancelota is by far my favourite whiptail.

Gar
in Freshwater
No, and it will never be legally imported under the current rules.

Nah, they should be fine - that's a neat size tank. Just plant it up well.

Thats my pick Alex I had 'rios' before - the first lot to arrive in the country and before they were called Rios. There was so much debate at the time as to whether they were actually that fish, it was pretty unbelievable and I think there is a fairly detailed thread somewhere on here.
Yes, I remember that well haha. I still stand by Rios as I had Id'd them - even if my methods were less than accepted. :rolfl:

hahaha. Don't want kids.
Bought a bose home theater and some clothes today though :slfg:

Odd. Those have being bred quite well AFAIK. I'm a bit out of touch with the fancy pleco scene at the moment. But that price is ridiculous.
I dislike his comment about the colouration and mood - he'll find they go 'bluer' in oxygen rich water.
Are L201s even being bred here? First I'm hearing of it. Typical hypan I suppose.
But I'm most interested in the L130s being bred. http://www.planetcatfish.com/common/spe ... es_id=1284

We don't do presents on Christmas. It's never about the presents.
But the best part was definitely the food. Lots and lots of food.

The interest comes and goes and is never constant. You'd need to sort out the committee and members for the club to be back up and running.

No. Why would you.
