I did my first cold water change today Starting temp was 27deg Changed 20% of water and refilled with 50lt of cold tap water Temp dropped down to 25deg so pretty happy with that. Im using Seachem Prime to remove chlorinated water. Is it better to add a small amount to each bucket I add or just add one amount when water change is done?

When doing a water change on your tropical tanks do you refill your tank straight from the hose with cold water or do you mix it with warm water to get it as close as your tank water? I see some people are using straight cold water?

Well my girlfriend got me an elphant nose for my birthday. Such a cool fish. At first he was pretty shy just hanging in the caves but now is more out and about. Caught him on video, up'd on youtube here excuse the serverums they wanted to be in the shot

I have two golden severum. One slightly bigger than the other. Heaps of room in the tank but the bigger one always chases the smaller one around. The little one has started to hide out behind the filter and stays there all the time. Any ideas?

Im looking at a 250lt Sunsun tank on TM with stand. Looks very nice for the price. Just been to hollywoods and their similar aqua one tanks are twice the price, maybe for a reason? So are these any good? Are T5 lights the best? I will ditch the stock filter and put in a Fluval 305 cannister I have a Fluval Tronic 300w heater

oh no another test today. Have done two water changes. I think I may have stuff my first test up, but did todays twice to make sure so here are my readings pH 6.4 NH3/NH4 4 PPM NO2 0.25 PPM NO3 40 PPM
