so we took him out of the big tank and put him by himself and treated him with methylene blue and he seemed to be coming right.
but in half an hr he was dead.
does anyone no how to tell if he has a internal parasite. would realy like to no cos he was with our big oscar,2 of our synos, our big pleco,2 convics, silver shark as we dont want anymore of them to die.
your advise would be very helpfull

you could do that and put small heavy wall box (25x25x6mm steal) frame round the window and up the midle of window then it wouldnt be in the way

Remember the shingle for bluey swap with wellington zoo? I am not sure whether they can sell animals to the public...anyone know?(quote varanophile)
yea and welly zoo got done big time on that swap and the person new that all 4 buleys were male but we wont name names now.
and now i bet MAF didnt want that to be known to the public lol (about the tortoise)

Not for ours! lol! Way more than that!
na my wheel for one is worth 680 not on the car with out the Tyre so be cheaper to pay the fine or take wheel with clamp with me lol
-
i know how you feel rox, its just like getting a ticket for having an expired meter outside the doctors because the doc was running late. but id rather pay the small fine than having my car clamped if i was to park at the mall or new world (which are the only places with free parking in the area).
if its the same new world im thinking of they have plenty of signage as does the mall.

I wonder what the legal implications would be if you had a little sticker on your car window/s stating that anything attached to this vehicle becomes property of the owner the vehicle?
OR
If you ordered the right set of skeleton keys off the 'net and unlocked the clamp yourself? As they can only charge you for the unclamping, not the actual act of clamping.
Stu
now that would be funny pmsl
-
They charge $280 to unclamp,
so what they are saying is if you don't shop here and you are just use the car park as a park to shop some were els you have to pay $280 for the time you are there.
i think i will stick with Wilson car parking it a lot cheaper lol

on the back side of your tank you might want to put some braces so the poly is not the only thing there (always a good idea to over engineer) but other than that looking good mark good to see you do do something lol
great start
-
1st how are you going take your wheel off? is it an open faced wheel clamp?
even if it is on your grounds you still have to pay to get it off if you damage it in any way they will do you for damages.
there was an guy down here who cut his off with a gas plant and he got done for damaging privet property and was fined $500 and 20hrs pd so if it not to much just pay it or after 3 months they tow the car anyway

Fibreglass over wooden frame/polystyrene composite works really well. You'll need to use high-density polystyrene though as it's considerably stronger. Also, you'll need polyester resign, not standard epoxy. The older style epoxy reacts with the polystyrene and isn't waterproof (suffers from osmosis). Polyester doesn't react with the poly and is waterproof without sealing. Use a good quality hardwood for the frame. If you want some really good advice on how to make tanks like this I can put you in touch with the guys who made the original National Aquarium tanks - made using fibreglass over a wooden/polystyrene composite. These tanks were still going strong after 25 years.
if you use a polyester resin it will melt the poly i use epoxy resins for my pools and bodykits as it doesnt distort the poly base and all my pools and bodykits are water proof
