Bradleys

I have 4 tetras and a couple of cardinals with what looks like ulcers on either the tip of the tail or fins. I have been using Wunder white spot cure but after a week nothing is improving. I have been unsuccessful in getting hold of Blue Circle white spot cure. Does anyone have any suggestions please
