well in my tank when i empty water i do 50% water changes but take the wter out then just get the hose from outside and fill it up ive had no problems doing that but maybe someone where u live could tell u coz the water might b differnt

when i had blue rams i ahd angels danios gouramis umm neons etc and they got along fine but they might not if there breeding
