  1. Depends how you grow it. With good fertiliser in the substrate and good lighting, and a couple weeks of being persistant, you can 'train' it to crawl. Otherwise usually it will just grow up and bush out.
  2. Oh dammit Katie, Im gonna have to juggle two parties that night then. I got my flat breaking down party that night. Joe
  3. yes......the NZ breeders are THAT good...... :-?
  4. What type of beardie is it? Most likely the type of beardie you have will not benefit living outside during the summer. Its the water dragons that seem to do better outside, all year round. But dont get me wrong, taking your dragon outside everyday/week on a nice day for a couple hours, will be very good for it.
  5. Most water dragons around over the last couple of years have been sexed as males only due to pictures on the net etc, yet most have ended up being females. I have 3 females, all thought to be males. One from repto. I have one other, from a COMPLETELY different batch, 3 years old and only just starting to look a little different. Head is starting to get big. Could be a male but im not holding my breath. So I guess what im saying, even after 3+ years its still kinda hard to tell. Snookie, Im 95% sure your dragon is a female. -FAISH

    Filter Help

Hmm.....an older model. Put it this way......Im not sure about the newer 205 model, but I wouldnt be happy running that filter on a tank larger than 100L without extra oxygen being pumped into the tank.

    Filter Help

What is the size of the tank? I wouldnt say so, anyway. The flow rate out of the 204 isnt as much as you think. Wide mouth etc. Plus it has a flow control.

    Filter Help

Yes. That would be a mean filter for that size tank.
  9. Cucumber is fine if they eat it quickly, but zuccini will last longer in the tank - not being as soft.
  10. Need a reptile/UV light. Also need to be within 12inches of the light for it to do its job. Joe out.
