It all depends on whether they are in a community tank or not etc, I am just going through the same thing. If the parents are any good then you will not have to do anything for a couple of days just let them be

It is legal to catch and eat 27cm snapper however it is very illegal to keep any live snapper without a permit. which costs!

We have feed "tabis" to our Hypan's which at the time we even recommended it to a friend, also with Hypans because they loved it!!!! However if you look at a post I made some time ago in regards to bloated catfish and then we both had unexpainable deaths due to bloat. We made some inquiries to a well knowen owner of a fish shop and he made some inquiries. JBL came back and said under no circumstances should Tabis be feed to Hypans (go figure there is a l046 on the cover of the bottle!!!) Too late for us now as we can not recover the fish that we lost, my advise to any Hypan owners is stay well away from this product p.s we feed this product to other non Hypan Plec's and they love it!! and they are deisgned too

Hi there! I must admit I am now a wee bit worried however I have had Aqua one tanks now for over four years. Now running 11 Aqua one's of variours sizes (from 380 hospital tank to a couple of 1500 show tanks) not ever once have I had a problem with them. I move some of these tanks (mainly the 980's) constantly between locations on Aqua one stands! so so far IMO they seem to be a good product.

If you can be bothered: canned peas, courgette, shrimp, a little bloodworm and a little bit of garlic extract. blend up and freeze into little blocks- they will love it.

What shape is the 180 ltr tank, the longer the better if you want to add more. The more hidey holes the better. Your Chilumba is a smaller peacock and probably most likely to be most submissive. The dominant Electra is bound to chase his subordinate. I do think there is something to be said in letting these sort of fish grow up together, getting used to each other if you are wanting the most colour out them all.

Hi Guy's and Girls we need help! we have King Tigers, L400's and L270's in seperate tanks. we're having problems at the moment with one or two fish in each tank looking very bloated to the extent that we lost a L400 yesterday. have checked the water and everything is perfect the only thing we can think of is the new food we introduced about one to two months ago JBL Tabis and fluckers river shrimp! any help or advise greatfully recieved DESPERATE!!!!
