By the time you put in the glass tank which would be max 3/4 of the frame then minus to area you lose by having it that triangular its going to reasonably low water volume
As fishy_t said i would more likely buy a fish that i know is from a local breeder/enthusiast rather than imported. It would be nice if they stated on the tanks wouldn't it. I may suggest that to my lfs...
Ok me and my bf though 4x4 was overkill aswell
They do have bracing but you had to click on the word bracket. I will definately put them on anyway
Do you think it will be ok to be 4x2 on the whole thing?
Sweet, that tank with the brown leaves is fairly new. Probabl less than 6 months so with any luck it should come right soon
Does it matter what size ank it is to know how long it will take to mature?
Does anyone have any ideas for a tank 5x2x2 foot?
I dont want a metal or wrought iron stand as such
I thought maybe a buffet table but they are hard to find that wide
Ideas and pics much appreciated 8)
I presume there cold water plants as they were under the cold water fish
They are coated in algae but only older bits, the fresh growth is fine
It looks almost like i could wipe it off but was just wondering the cause
Why do plants go brown? There not dying ang they have new growth they just go brown. What causes this?
Its a coldwater tank it thats any help and the light is on at least a few hours a day
Any suggestions would be good
How does everyone know whether there flooring and under floor structure can support larger tanks eg 5 foot ones
We arent able to get under the house either
Cheers in advance
