hi i have found beach sand to be pretty mean to cannister filters , i would just rinse coral rock (its not live rock ?) should be sweet ,and wont be as dusty .

arrowhead puffers are stalkers though ,waiting for food to come to them ,fig 8, gsp , etc.. are always on the move searching for food
