just leave them to it,I can let you know when mine come up naturally and you can go by that,mid august is about normal depending on weather any way.

    Also can i bring them strait out or should it be gradual?

    don`t know,do mine naturally outside so can`t really say.If your fridge temp has not altered there should be no reason for them to come up to the surface??
