I always thought that one would feed them neons to condition them for breeding.

    You're right Geoff, although they haven't been spawned without hormones in captivity people have reported increased predation and aggression towards tankmates coupled with what is likely to be courtship.

    A guppy would eat a shark if its mouth was big enough....
