doesnt look flash, maybe shedding, looks similiar to a couple I rescued that didnt have correct lighting, but they look completely different a year later!

the pictures dont look like much light is on them and no heat on the basking area either :o

    even if theyre ready to shed they shouldnt really be like tht but Ive seen much worse and would come right with better/proper conditions.

    Id say need better lighting & heat lamp to aid in drying out properly as you can just see what appears to be algae on its shell. Could be lack of calcium aswell.
