aqua one ar850 tank owners

Featured Replies

are there any owners of this tank around here that have got 6500k bulbs instead of the 2 10000k bulbs it comes with? if so where abouts did you get them from because there is no-one in dunedin stocking them.

any help would be appreciated.

the bulbs that came with the tank are atman 10000k and im wanting to replace them with 6500k bulbs, they are 76cm (30in) tip to tip of the complete bulb, i went to pet planet and they are at a loss in getting them.

i went to redpath and every other lighting shop in dunedin and it is the length that keeps stuffing us up, the only place i havent tryed is mastertrade, might give them a ring.

The 30" is not industry standard. You may have to get the tube from Kongs (the people whom distribute the Aqua One). They will not sell to you direct if you do not hold an account. Looking at the catalog now and they seem to not have 6500, only 10k tho

I got my replacements from them as I have an account
