East Coast driftwood!!

Featured Replies

On a recent East coast new years eve trip i found some cool driftwood, on a HUGE driftwood beach (well thats it new name now :) ) The wood comes down the multiple rivers, from up in the forests, then the waves wash it onto the beach. It is all mainly the lighter stuff, but there is a bit of dark stuff aswell. I mainly got darker stuff because i like it better.

Heres a couple pics of the beach that i took (excuse the female 8) )

So yer, if you are heading around the top of the east coast, then i reccomend stopping in at one of the few driftwood beaches. Pics dont do these pieces justice, there are so many cool crevices in some of the pieces. And so many cool shapes......
