geckomatt
Hey everyone, I've had my convicts for about 3 weeks now, they are about 4 cms long and I wasn't sure of sex so expected that if they bred it would not be for a long time. So naturally now I have 150 fry swimming around my tank... I'm not really prepared for this but would like to raise most to a good size and sell or give them away. So any suggestions for raising would be most appreciated
evilknieval69
... but would like to raise most to a good size and sell or give them away. you will be paying people to take them away from you buddy But to the point A mate had a breeding pair of convicts, he just left the babies with the parents for a couple lots and a few survived, a few didnt. he took some away from the parents and fed them on flake food only!!! and hundreds survived. PENEJANE
I would love to have some cons to breed myself but they are not available down here. I think its a good starter fish for thoes who want to learn about breeding and caring for fry. I would gladly take them off people who didn't want them or wanted tank space back and I am fully prepared to take the risk and pay for shipping.
