speed
I have photoshop CS2. What's all the big fuss about photoshoping? As long as you are not rendering the saturation or hue etc... I think it's fine. I photoshoed my pictures mainly to make them sharper and also to resize them. Sometimes i might brighten or correct the RBG spectrum of the picture to match what it is meant to look like in our tank. Raech, i can tell that your images are not photoshoped. Don't really need to state that.

chimera
I photoshoed my pictures mainly to make them sharper and also to resize them i think thats puttputt's point. cropping, resizing, sharpening (or lightening to match the subject) is not "enhancing", its basically giving the shot better clarity than the camera can provide. i dont agree with the colour enhancing (as in adjusting RGB, hue or saturation etc) if you have to do this, either 1. your corals aren't up to scratch or 2. you need a new camera  looking great!
