chimera
hows he doing with the higher temperature?
wasp
Seems fine, he's actually been in a different tank for several months & has grown in that time. Just be nice if we had a mate for it.

ghostface
wasp how big is that?
wasp
It has until today been in a reef tank with sand, it tunneled the sand under the rocks, did a heckuva lot of digging. But that tank has now been pulled down so he is in my BB, hope he is OK he'll just have to find a little pozzy in a rock. I'm wondering if he is adaptable to both temperate and tropical, certainly seems to have done well since we had him. Brightly coloured too which is unusual for our native rockpool crustaceans Size wise, in the position he's been photographed in he's 6 cm end to end. As Cracker says they are rarely seen, but just another interesting little critter to perhaps catch an occasional glimpse of.
Feelers
The high temp will increase his metabolism, so he will moult and age faster, die super early and the buzz will eventually wear off. Diary of a P addict shrimp. 8) I wouldnt give him long - perhaps 2-3 months max, although I'd geuss probably one month. How long has he been "high"?
Feelers
WOW 7 months, should have read through more throughly! Damn no edit function. That's crazy - crayfish etc are buggered at such temps. What a trooper.
