Hi Jese,

Welcome to the site.

Afraid we are going to need a lot more details if you want help..

Tank size.. Inmates.. Conditions.. How long tank has been setup... Filtration.. Tests.. Water changes done.. etc.

It's like asking..

"How many beans are in the tin that I haven't opened yet..?" :)

Don't know how the markets are out there, but there seems to be a spate of Guppie problems and deaths at the moment, which may be bad batches that have originated from one or two sources.

Bill.

What do you feed?

How much do you feed?

What temp is the tank kept at?

What sort of heater do you have?

Do you have an independent thermometer?

Do you have plants and what types?

Does it have a light and how many hrs is the light on a day?

Where did you get the guppies from?

How long has the tank been set up?

How many guppies did you get at once?

How did you introduce the guppies? (Did you sit the bag in the tank for 20-30 mins to make sure they were at the same temp or did you just chuck them in? Did you net them out and put them in the tank or did you tip the water in too?)

How hard were the guppies to catch when you bought them? (Were they stressed out?)

What sort of filter do you use?

….. Basicly “More info please, we want to help.â€

how often does the tank get cleaned, or how strong is the filter on it.

we have found that the cleaner the tank, the less the guppies like it.

We cleaned some tanks regularly and the guppies got sick and died off, while some guppies in another tank, that hasn't had a clean or gravel vac since it was setup about 8months ago and the 3 guppies that survived the other tank are thriving and multiplying like crazy.

Hope this helps
