ryanjury
There was a post on it a while ago, from memory the conclusion was fishing nylon or a razor blade haven't tried either myself yet so dont know how well they work... good luck! alanmin4304
I use a one sided razor blade (easier on the fingers) I am curious how you are going to make a tank longer without replacing the base and both sides, doesn't seem worth the bother
Tsarmina
we have a base and sides. we need the end pieces of the little tank to complete it. thanks
AMAZONIAN
I only use the blades for the El Cheapo plastic knives from the ware whare. They are thin enough to go through the thin layer of silicon in the joins. A little bit of presure on the sheet you are cutting will help also. WATCH YOUR HANDS........SECOND HAND GLASS CAN BE EXTREMELY BRITTLE AND CRACK AND SHATTER VERY EASILY..
