my thought exactly. but it has to be in pinks, purples, blues and greens with just a hint of a shimmer.

then it will match your dragon collection

Now, at this stage I'm not vaccuming, as I kinda broke my syphon.

So I'm just using a length of garden hose to drain water.

I need to vaccum the bottom though, as I have a green water

problem, which I'm guessing is coz of the debris on the bottom from all the plants. Only feeding my fishies once a day and changing water twice a week.

So, when you do vacuum, do you only vacuum the areas that have no plants (open areas :-? ). You don't vacuum in and around them do you?

I think Caryl told me that you have to go lightly over where the plants are so that you don't disturb the roots, gee, Caryl I hope I got that right :-?

I don't vaccum at all at the moment. No syphon.

Just suck the water out and replace it.

Well when I do go to vaccum, I will try to get in between the

plants, just to suck up what gets trapped in there.

But not too much though, as my plants would go hungry lol.

if thats the plastic tube bit on the end, i have one you can borrow. i just don't have a hose that will fit it. :oops:

Am having a green water problem with big tank at the mo, so pics aren't coming out too flash. Am battling to get water clear again. Once I've won that battle I will take some new pics.
