Irrigation Hose

Use glued pressure pipe, it will cost a bit more but push fittings leak, come off in the middle on the night, salt creep. It's up to you, irrigation hose will work, but I like to sleep at night. Plus if your spending all that money on a marine setup, and expensive live stock why risk it all to save a few $ on nasty plumbing.

Hi

Got to Hort suppliers..

I have 124 big tanks on " Thin Wall " Hort pipe,The plastic fittings have very good barbs and clips to ensure dont come off..It's a job to pull off even with no clip on.I use hot air gun to soften to make easier job.

I have feeder 25mm as air from blower.

19 mm for in put water from house mains pump.

Drain / Over flow pipe is 20mm in end of tank is white house plumbing pipe with brass tub through glass hole.Falcet elbows on inside and out/ o ring seal .

Gives over flow pipe thats in completely moveable to do just part water changes or push down and drain tanks by 95%..

The 25mm goes over the 20mm drain down to 85mm house down pipe that goes to waste..

hope helps..Cheers Phill Collis
