Shilo
Ah, but if buy the Silver? as well you can get a special discounted price of $6000. Stocking them is a good marketing technique, I didn't mind paying $60 for my 14 fish after seeing the arowana price! Cheers Shilo
Chris
May I ask where you saw the emperor and wether it was a juv or an adult.Just curious
leeves
hollywoods. i think juv from the size, they can get to 40ish cm in the wild right :-?
Pegasus
My wife and daughter just visited Hollywood yesterday. They said the tanks in both the marine and tropical were excellent, with not a sick fish to be seen, and lots of variety, and also commented that the staff were very helpful. They came away very happy :)
Chris
Whoa steep.Didn`t expect to see it at that price.Doesn`t really matter about the size of it it all depends on the colouration.Juvs have blue and white rings that decrease in size as they near the middle of the fish.Adults have flourescent yellow and blue lines that run horizontally along the fish. They`re usually pretty helpful in Hollywood alright. leeves
yeah it had white to a pale brownish look to its lines, thinking from what u guys are saying it must have been a juv... I personaly like the Picasso trigger fish... they seem to be quite popular as ive seen those at three shops in Auckland now
Chris
Three shops eh..........probably cos they can`t get rid of them for love or money.Believe me you don`t wanna start with a picasso if you have any intentions of having a community tank.Although nice looking they have a tendency to pick on anything, even bigger fish, and harass the hell out of them.As I said give them a wide berth if looking at a com tank
