suphew
I'm gona be up in akl on Sun (4th) thru till Tues, will be free Sunday afternoon if anyone wants to catchup, but I wont have wheels. Arrive 3pm, stop off at Jensens, then check into Hyatt. Pies might as well bring the book back if he has room and has his hands on it already, incase I don't see Steve. Just have to make sure he doesn't try swapping his worn old soft cover version for my shiney new hard cover!!

cookie extreme
if he is not in the shop look for the staffroom as he will be on a break! better check there first as it will save you some time trying to find him.
petplanet
Cost of raising kids was on TV yesterday morning. Ranged from about $45,000 to $218,000. The $218,000 included 100,000 for a uni education. Keep your kids dumb. Much cheaper.

chimera
i would have to say this book is awesome, i have learnt more reading the book for 2 hours last night than reading online web sites in a year. i never knew corals (or specifically polyps) had balls... :-? chimera
not bad for a basic book. im sure if i was seeking advice from you or bourneman, i know who i would be going to reef,... at least "basic" keeps it simple - what more do you need to know than that polyps have gonads? reef
I think the modern Reef aquarium books by svein covers more than just corals and gets into more detail on the equipment side, inverts etc..
chimera
probably why this book is called "aquarium corals", not "aquarium corals, equipment and other stuff"
reef
I thought it was about gonads .
chimera
i knew bourneman misspelt the title, "Size and shape of gonads in aquarium corals"
