madcookie
Been surfing the web trying to find "different" style fish tank designs, and found these. I think I might look at designing one, perhaps get one made... Has anyone else seen these before, or tried to make one even? http://www.aquaworldlimited.co.uk/acata ... ables.html
Snowman
Pretty cool, instead of a desk top tank have a tank top desk LOL Not exactly cheap, wouldn't be to hard to make if your handy with wood. Good way of saving space and fitting in more tanks
misnoma
Coffee table breeding tank would be cool, divided into four or something only issue is getting power to it I guess
Faran
If you own your own house it's easy enought to cut a small hole in the floor for a wire or two. Then it's simple. As for the tank, I'd go hexagon or round. Have to look around to see what looks good from above toher than fancy goldfish (maiin reason they were deformed was for seeing from above) otherwise you're going to be sitting on the floor a lot looking in on them. Also, I'd pobably go with a glass frame with four small glass pieces for easy access to the tank. Would take two people to lift off that glass to do maintenance on that tank... nad could you imagine the cost to replace the glass due to chips and breaks? Ouch. Great idea though, I'd be behind putting together a business to make them in NZ. Think there's enough demand?
chimera
IMO the coffee table ones are a bit corny, but the office desk ones are way cool!
