Bruce
Going to add a calcium reactor to my setup There are a few different bottle sizes around, any reccomendations as to size bottle required Can get 500gm and 2Kg bottles, how long would each one last approx? Dont want to be running down to BOC every 5 minutes to refil, but space is a factor (made my sump tank too big now theres not much room) Bruce
Brianemone
get the biggest one that you have room for. what do you have in your tank bruce??? you may not even need a calcium reactor if youve only got soft corals. If youve got fast growing LPS or stonies then its a good idea

reef
no need for a calcium reactor with those corals, a calcium supplement should be fine or even topping up with kaltwasser might supply enough calcium.
