SteveA
I came across a guy on RC who has had an Emperor angel in his reef for several years. Apparently the only coral it has bothered was an ‘Open brain’ (which presumably he removed). I have asked him about bubbles and clams. Has anybody here kept one of these in a reef? lduncan
I tried a juvenile in a reef, and it picked at soft coral polys all day. It was a pain to catch and remove too. I wouldn't risk one in a reef again. Layton
reef
I would not put one in a reef. Maybe a majestic angel as mine seems ok and has not touched anycorals in my sump.
SteveA
Apparently he also has a Majestic in there. I must ask about soft corals. Steve
reef
Angels will tend to pick on brains but will not touch some leather corals as they are toxic.
