Pegasus
Try telling this to the Guppies :) just wondering.... do all fishes have to be fully grown... ie a certain age... to be able to breed??? or do young fish breed as well? Sorry Richard.... I couldn't resist You find a lot of species that will breed at under a year old. Love to hear about the loaches spawning though

ajbroome
Pegasus said... > ... You find a lot of species that will breed at under a year old. I've had annual killifish (specifically Nothobranchius species) attempting to spawn at 6 weeks old. I wouldn't be suprised if you could reduce that to 4 weeks... Nothos are somewhat, er, 'motivated' fish Andrew.
