Blank
Hi has anyone done this want to keep the hood filter working as well. Was advised to just go through gap in hood thats already there for air pump hosing, cords etc. But the tubing on my canister filter definitely wont fit through this so will have to drill holes/make a cut out somewhere. Anyone done this? Pictures would be greatly appreciated.
gligor
I have this, but my canister filter is used as a "reactor" with just lots of carbon media to purify the water and very slow flow rate I think it's 350L/hr so the intake and outflow JUST fit through the gap in the hood. It works really well for making the water crystal clear (although that reminds me I need to clean this filter soon)
Fishluva
I think the best place to drill a couple of holes will be on the right hand side. I don't it is neccassry thou. Aquaone filters are pretty good, in my opinion..
