Shelley Posted April 26, 2005 Report Share Posted April 26, 2005 I sent mine from south canty to Wellington in a polystyrene box (asked at the pet store and they gave me one free) i had some foam plastic stuff which i tried to line it with and wrapped a coke bottle of hot water in a few layers of newspaper to use like a hot water bottle. Fish were double bagged...the biggies on their own the not quite so biggies 2 to a bag. plenty of air and plenty of screwed up newspaper to package them in with. Taped it all up and sent by Fastways courier (which were the only ones that would do it) and labelled "Live fish" and "very fragile handle with extreme care" all over the box. I packed them about 2.30 in the afternoon....I had them at the couriers office by 4pm and Mystic received them some time the next day...morning I think.
