Trilobite
I have some Marine biology stats to do but I'm stuck on what stats would be best suited for the type of data I have :smln: We took some catseyes that we found in crevices and some that we found out of crevices and marked them 2 different colours (eg green were snails collected from in crevices and pink were snails collected out of crevices) Then we put half of the snails back in the type of habitat we got them from (eg a snail from a crevice were put back into crevices and vice versa) the other half were put in the oppsosing habitat (eg a snail from a crevice was placed out of a crevice and vice versa) The next day we went back and took note of where the snails had went back to. So we have 4 categories (pink control, pink, green control and green) and 2 data sets for each (whether they were in or out of a crevice) So what stats would you recommend for this? chi 2? Hope this made sense haha Any help would be greatly appreciated!
