Scarletmonuka Posted September 7, 2012 Report Share Posted September 7, 2012 I guess you really couldn't call it drift wood but i have sound a section of a dead stump i want to use in tank. gonna cut it off this weekend. problem is it's quite a bit larger then my biggest pot so boiling it to make it safe isn't going to be an option. How ever i do work on a dairy farm with 2 massive hot water cylinders at the cow shed. if i were to clean this wood and put in a container with the water from the cylinders (sits around 80 - 90 degrees c) would that be enough to kill bugs? cheers Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
