Metronizadol, I know this is only supplied at the vets. What vet clinic in christchurch would be my best bet to buy some from? And am I best to get it in liquid, powder or tablet form? Alternatively, is there anyone here who has any spare they would be willing to sell me? I'm hoping that I never have to use it, but would rather have it and not need it than need it and not have it. F15hguy Posted August 16, 2012 Report Share Posted August 16, 2012 the vets will (or more likely should) only supply it when there is a need. It is prescription only for a reason. To be honest I have never needed it before and in most cases (im assuming you want it for hole in the head) keeping your water quality good and letting the fishes immune system fight it is your best option.
