Tiny white spot on tail fin of blue/green chromis

Hi All

I pretty new to the whole marine tank scene, but have a question.

I've added 3 chromis to my 300L tank about a week ago and today just noticed a tiny white spot on the tail fin of the largest of the 3 chromis.

The spot is smaller than the head of a ball point pen and is visible from both sides of the tail

I'm not sure if it's just appeared or if it's always been there or if it's just a just a bit of shmutz that's stuck to it's tail, but I thought I'd ask.

The fish itself is behaving normally, eating as veraciously as ever and doesn't seem bothered.

If it's white spot/salt water itch, how can I confirm and/or what should I do?

Cheers

Dave
