Mazonic
Its easier just to get them from pet-shops as tadpoles so that they grow up use to fish/tanks or whatever your gonna keep them in ! if you take them from wild they get very stressed and often die!!! :sage: But you can check pounds and troughs ! :slfg: you might fluke it! Mazonic
Depends of what frogs you gonna get Golden Bell fogs or Whistling tree frogs? bell frogs grow big! so require a biggish tank! for tadpoles all you need is fish tank full of water and some sort or food e.g. green algae or brine shrimp! As i said before captive tadpoles do alot better than wild caught ones because they have lived in a fish tank for a while!

repto
use your ears, you can hear frogs croaking a fair way at night.Torch at night is a good way to get them.Bethell`s beach was a good place to get them when i was a kid, just follow up the creek that runs down to the sea.Mind you back then western springs was also a good place to get frogs and taddies??
