Omaria
We have just returned from a holiday south. When we returned my brsitlenose cleaning fish has disappeared. There is no body, no fish. One tetra was dead but all the guppies and remaining tetra's are fine. I have cleaned the tank, searched behind everything but sadie (my cleaning lady) has vanised. Can anyone solve this mystery?
Caryl
She has probably died and the remains eaten. Any spine left would quickly sink into the substrate and be hard to see.
myfishybuisness
it could have jumped out, or its body has been eaten by the other fish, or he is just hiding
MarkLB
Do you have any hollow ornaments or wood with nooks and crannys? They can get themselves in some tight spaces and be impossible to see sometimes.
