livebearer_breeder
doesnt sound to good, id say the water contitions arent to good, do some water checks and see what the perameters are, what are the other fish like in there. Billaney
Hi Critter Sounds like they are stresed what was the water like in both tanks? the same temp , ph , etc ? did you bag and float them? and is there anything in the new tank they could look at as a treat? , eg bigger more aggresive fish ? if all is ok them it could just take a day or two to settle down. livebearer_breeder
do a water change and gravel clean, id say probably amonia levels are too high, plus not enough food! Shae

Lucid
HI Critter, At this stage I would say they are just readjusting to the new surroundings. I got some gouramis off of ira and when I put them in thier new tank, they hid and skulked around in the plants and behind things and slowely became more adventurous. Thats my two cents worth, personally I would give a couple of dys and see how things progress. B
Caryl
Are there lots of plants to make them feel secure?
livebearer_breeder
sitting on the gravel doesnt mean there hiding it means something is wrong, and if you've been feeding them heaps you might be poisoning them, the amonia levels will be to high, as i said do a water change and gravel clean! Caryl
It doesn't mean just one problem either Shae. It could be a mix of all the suggestions so far.
